Of course, staff at OptimumCare Home Care Services caters such light housekeeping duties and chores based on the capabilities of the client as well as family needs and concerns. We’re able to customize our care plans to ensure that your loved one enjoys as safe and clean environment as possible.
OptimumCare Home Care Services home health aides and CNAs are not required to perform heavy or deep cleaning duties (such as scrubbing a bathtub or scrubbing burners on the stovetop), but rather to encourage clients to stay active longer, do what they can to help maintain range of motion and interaction inside the home. Before setting up a list of light housekeeping chores performed by our staff, we will also consult with your family, your family doctor, and a physical therapist associated with the care of the client. This helps determine specific chores that the health care professional can perform to help the client, but a care plan that also helps the client increase his or her level of independence and mobility in their own home.
OptimumCare Home Care Services work closely with our clients in determining the type of light housekeeping required to maintain a clean and safe environment while at the same time promoting a greater sense of independence and quality of life for the client.
