Reducing fall risk is one of the main tasks of our caregivers in a home environment. We’ll check to make sure that rugs and furniture don’t increase risk of falls. We’ll ensure that the bathroom (the most common areas for falls) are clean of clutter and offer safety devices such as grab bars, toilet supports, and even bath chairs to help keep your loved one stay safe and sound.
Our staff is trained and experienced in offering support to those diagnosed with dementia or neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson’s that may cause a decline in cognitive ability.
